It need to reach-out to them by telling people of NSC about it's having the Blog.
Get them to involve more often.Get them to go the CC more often by telling them there's life in the CC in which NSC CC need to think of many good and better progs. for the people to be involved and to love NSC as much as they love to stay in NSC.
The 13-14 June09 Fireworks@Yishun is one good example to re-juvenate NSC besides having big anchor shooping centre like Northpoint as a best seller.
And I would be glad to see if MP Ong Ah Heng supported all the way with his men doing the 'back bone' jobs to make it even more successful.
I believe we all can do it right away to make NSC a better estate to work,live and play.
